Epwin Window Systems has enhanced its Flush Casement Window with improved thermal performance, security and styling across its Profile 22 and Spectus brands.
It will help fabricators and installers meet evolving market demands while offering greater value to homeowners. It is now available across Epwin’s Profile 22 and Spectus window and door system brands.

Future Homes Standard
Designed with the Future Homes and Buildings Standards in mind, the new window offers expanded glazing options, including triple-glazed configurations, achieving U-values as low as 0.8 W/m²K.
Security performance has also been enhanced. A strengthened sash design, greater hardware compatibility and PAS 24 approval across all glazing bead options mean the window achieves compliance across every glazing option and sash size as standard.
The system is also suitable for Secured by Design applications.

Aesthetic improvements include a new flush internal appearance, delivering a premium, contemporary finish that appeals to today’s homeowners while maintaining the authentic heritage styling that has made the Flush Casement Window a favourite for traditional properties.
The system also delivers improved weather performance, making it suitable for more exposed locations, while increased maximum sash sizes for both top-hung and side-hung windows allow fabricators and installers to meet growing demand for larger glazed areas.
The window continues to replicate the elegant proportions of traditional timber casements, featuring slim-depth sashes, authentic putty-line detailing and optional dummy sashes for balanced fixed-light configurations.
Mechanically jointed sash and outer frame options remain available where period authenticity is essential, complemented by heritage hardware. Customers can also choose from Profile 22 and Spectus’ extensive range of colours and finishes.
Quick fabrication and quick installation
Fabrication and installation remain as straightforward as ever. The system retains its precise dimensions, optimised wall thicknesses and internal web design, alongside easy-to-locate hardware positions, efficient drainage and accurately positioned seals. An extensive range of ancillaries ensures every installation can be tailored to the requirements of the project.
